Light bleeding

I’m 6 weeks exactly today & haven’t had any spotting or bleeding, until today. I had a tiny bit of bright red blood when I wiped after peeing. How do you know if that is “normal” or not? I’ve had a little bit of bad cramping & lower back pain. Early on I had severe cramping and back pain but it’s been better for a week or two. The pain & cramping I’ve had today isn’t as bad as it’s been in the past but the bright red blood on the toilet paper when I wiped after peeing scares me. I know some spotting is normal early on but I haven’t had any until now. Haven’t had sex either recently, which I know can cause it. It’s my first pregnancy ever & its after a year of IUI attempts. I’m also on blood thinner injections. Anyone have any advice to calm my nerves? Thanks in advance!🙏🏼💜😞
