I'm at this amazing restaurant in San Antonio Tx, and wondering if I can have the crab roll? the sushi looks amazing and my mouth is watering lol.

The only seafood you can’t have is seafood full of mercury!! 
If it’s cooked properly and it’s fresh then go for it 😍 But obviously only do it once in awhile and don’t indulge on the every day. 
Just let the sushi place now you’re pregnant and you need it to be cook fresh, that’s what I do when I go to sushi train.

I’m with you I love ❤️ love sushi but my doctor told me I can only have the veggie sushi. Nothing with fish or even shell fish. Sorry... 😞 my moth waters every time we go out to eat.

Cooked shellfish is fine.  My sister ate lots of shrimp while pregnant including in dynamite rolls and my 1 year old nephew loves it now.  I don't like crab that much but I eat shrimp regularly and I'm 26w along.
