Help!

This is my second pregnancy so I kind of had an idea of what it might mean. The palms of my hands and feet became unbearably itchy Sunday night. I then noticed it again Monday night. I told my doctor Tuesday who drew blood to test for icp but said it would take up to two weeks to get the results. My question is if I have it, how much time do I have until it is critical that they treat it? Can I wait two weeks for a blood test? Really worried about still birth and the other risk involved in icp. The itching only happens at night.
