Essential oils for nausea-peppermint!!
Just a heads up! Tonight was the first night I’ve ever had nausea in the evening. I usually diffuse oils when I go to bed, and accidentally took the peppermint out when looking for lavender. It immediately made me feel a bit better, so i decided to add some with my lavender. Come to find out, peppermint actually is known to help with pregnancy nausea! Huh. I only always thought of ginger! Anyway, thought I’d share my little discovery in that it might help someone else!!
