When your ex-husband/baby daddy is beyond stupid!

Sorry, this is long, but omg! My ex is dumb! We’ve been separated 7 years, divorced 5. The first two years i had an OFP against him and rather than supervised visits, he opted to not have contact with the kids at all. Then he saw them sporadically for 3 years and he hasn’t seen his kids in the last 2 years and hasn’t spoken to them on the phone once either! I started out texting him in regards to making payments on his half of my student loan debt he has been court ordered to pay. Choose your baby daddies carefully ladies!!

**edit: although this really isn’t the point, several people asked why he has to pay any of my student loans.. well 1st a judge ordered it as part of the divorce. The reason for that is because #1 it was debt accrued during the marriage period #2 in this case my college was free and my ex insisted I take the loan out to consolidate other debt he racked up during the marriage because the interest rate was much lower.

Also, the only reason I bothered contacting him at all was to try to save myself from the hassle of filing paperwork and having him served and going to court. He’s already been held in contempt in Wisconsin (where I used to live) but it’s only a bench warrant, they won’t cross state lines to arrest him. So now I have to bring him to court in MN where we both currently live. He only lives 1/2 an hour from me btw and when he goes to work, he is only 15 minutes away. Also, both he and his gf work for restaurants as a line cook and waitress and Work mostly evenings and weekends which is why I’m concerned about him having them while he has to work.
