40 weeks today!!!

Well I’ve just had my 40 week appointment with the midwife and they won’t do anything, no examination nothing. They’ll leave me now until my next appointment that I’ve just been given which is next Thursday... 41 weeks! Because I’m a second time mum and I live in the UK it’s protocol to leave me until 41 weeks, first time mums 40. I’m so emotional and all I want is my baby. He’s not even engaged anymore either for the past nine weeks I’ve been engaged 3/5ths he’s going the opposite way and I’m now 4/5th 😢. No one seems to understand.
