I think I have Herpes or some kind of std...

I have had these bumps on top of my vagina for the past 3-4 months and my dr keeps saying it’s just razor burn and turns me away. They’re skin colored, and they pop clear and itch so bad, and then they bleed after being popped. I have a huge one that really hurts and it won’t go away. I thought it was just ingrown hairs or something, but nothing comes out except clear fluid and blood. Idk what to do. Please help.
