Locket necklace from Daniels

Okay so I want to purchase a necklace for my sister who lost her baby at 36 weeks 😭 I want to engrave my nieces beautiful little face on there but it doesn’t give me the option to. Are we suppose to do it in the store or something? It says they sell it both online and in store.. so hopefully they can engrave a picture of her and also her name/birthday. I think I want to get he second picture, it’s super cute. I miss my niece so much, not a day goes by where I don’t think of her 🦋🕊
