Do I have enough clothes for 0-3 month?

All size "0-3" month.

20 onesies.

20 pants.

10 sleepers.

10 pairs of socks.

10 hats.

4 pairs of mittens..

This is enough right? I know they sometimes leak through their diapers when they poop but I can soak them in hot water and wash them right away. I heard that 0-3 month don't really fit newborns. My sister told me when my niece was a newborn at 7 lb, she ONLY fit newborn not (0-3 month) clothing.. Should I buy some NB size? If so, how much of each to be on the safe side..

I was also wondering if sleep sacks/gowns are a must have.. I was thinking maybe they would be convienent for night time..

Sorry for the dumb question but I'm a FTM. And I really need your help on what else to buy, what were your must haves! I'm not having a babyshower either so I do have to buy everything for my son.
