Csection incision infection

Does this look infected? I don't think it is, But I'm having horrible itching from right above it, all the way up my belly and the areas where my legs meet with my lady bits. I did have a reaction to the tape the hospital used to cover the wound, but It didn't itch at all while in the hospital. Just needed some advice on what to do. Thanks.
