The reality of it all
I’m 28 be4 I never ate healthy never worried about exercising basically did what I want. My Wt. has always be up and down as a teen topi g out at 200 lbs. After having two kids one in particular I reached a whopping 220 due to complications of course. The second was 170 lbs. now hear I am two yrs later after my 2nd child I have entertained the world of strength training. It’s been over a yr since i started training on my own. I have drop from a size 10 to 2. To medium/large to small/Xs . But ☹️ I have so much extra skin on me. I could lift till the day I die and I will never see a defined muscle in my stomach.... uhg. Now In my photos I am not going to try and pose. This is more my natural state and I am tired since I just got home from work.
