My progress thus far.
I know it's not that big a difference but here it is.
My weight has always gone up and down, I started going up in weight after my miscarriages between last year and the year before. I admit I have some eating issues. I can go days barely eating (less than 100 calories a day) and other times stress binge. I have been trying hard to eat normal and plan on going back to the gym, had to stop because my last job made it hard. I'm open to suggestions and advice.
