Every week 🤷🏼‍♀️ Every few weeks is not hygienic. Every few months 😱 definitely not. You sweat at night, have sex in that bed, skin flakes (I hope that’s the correct translation 😋) will get in your sheets. Once a week should be the right answer in my opinion.

I change mine once a week. But I change them too when I get stuff in them. Like if I eat in bed and crumbs are there. It drives me nuts. I also change my sheets to a darker color when I know I’m about to get my period because I leak sometimes

IMHK Once a week. Our bodies shed skin cells like crazy, not to mention sweating at night and whatever bacteria may be on your skin will just sit and fester on old sheets.

I change mine about 1-2 weeks. We have wood floors and track a lot of dirt and stuff into our bed and makes me itchy so I switch often.

Every week! Your bedding collects dead skin, oils, dirt, etc. It’s especially important to wash your pillow cases often. I have problems with acne and your pillow case collects the oils from your face and hair along with everything else and can cause breakouts.
