Help!!!

For he last SEVERAL years I been having these boils pop up in areas of my underarms mostly and sometimes between my thighs. Lately they have been under my arm. It is so painful too the point it hurts to raise my arm. We’ve been popping them to see what come out (pus and blood mostly) or wait till they go away on its own. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m waiting for my health insurance to be come more affordable before I make an appointment with a dermatologist. Any suggestions???
