Am I the only one grossed out by bar soap?

Everyone goes to the bathroom then all their germs are on it and it just grosses me out

Oh no, not at all! Though for me it’s hair. Everyone’s hair gets on it, which is gross

I took microbiology in college you might as well not wash your hands at all if using shares bar soap!!! Body wash and liquid are the way to go

I didn’t use bar soap until my doctor informed me that loofahs breed more bacteria than bar soap, even if you replace it as recommended.  I switch to bar soap and small towels for baths. I just use a fresh small towel every time, works for me 🙂

Oh my gosh yes! But I’m talking about the bar soap people use for hand washing. I get so grossed out. For the shower though im fine bc I have my own I use.

Bar soap is fine if you're the only one using it. If you are sharing a bathroom with someone, then bar soap is gross.

i predominantly use shower gel I do use bar soap too but my family of 3 we each have our own and for hand washing we have liquid soap.

you can’t even see the germs on your hands, so why are you overthinking washing them ??

I wash my hands after I do anything dirty or outside. Either with a bar or a liquid soap, idc.
But me, personally, I would share soap with my family, but not with strangers. 
Plus, It’s good hygiene to use a clean bar of soap . So make sure you use a good kind of soap that you like.
