Period
I was meant to come on my period today but instead I’ve had very bad belly cramps I literally can’t cope they hurt that bad and diarrhoea has just started but not as bad I have to hold my stomach to ease the pain, has anyone had this and what can I do to take away the pain? I can’t handle it
