Chop it or Wait

Haley

I'm having a debate with myself and need someone else's input, so who better then you ladies!

My boyfriend of 3+ years loves long hair. Mind you when he got in contact with me and we first started talking I had a short above shoulder inverted bob. I've since let it grow out and then recut it to my shoulders. My current length is just past my shoulders.

I'm a hairdresser and have a hard time with staying away from color and about 4 months ago I permed my hair for the purpose of more body and texture, but I can't just leave it I've got to flat iron it or curl it still. I've got A LOT of hair but it's also fine so without the perm it would just lay flat to my head. Who wants to get their hair cut by a stylist who's hair is flat?! Worst and best part about my job is I see all of these fabulous cuts and crave them!

There's been alot of more serious talk about getting married in the near future so I'm hesitant to go to a pixie not knowing, since there's no ring, how long I'll have to grow it back out. I want my hair long in my wedding, so either way that's a must. Here's my Pinterest idea pics.

sounds so silly since I'm a hairdresser but I want to have all natural hair so doing this would get me there way faster then growing it out and cutting an inch off every 6 or so weeks.... Sooo give me your best opinions ladies! 💕

P.S. I'm such a chicken so if I chop it I'm sure I'll just let it start growing back out 😐
