Just need someone to ease my mind

I'm on birth control, take it correctly.

I'm late for my period though. i think that's kind of normal though since I only started taking the pill. I waited a full month before having sex without a condom and I have had a period since I started the pill. I take it the same time on the dot every single day.

I went ahead and took a test and it's negative. But I've been feeling like im gonna throw up all day and my period still hasn't shown up.
