Make sure you take temp same time everyday, use same thermometer, take temp in same place like orally or wherever you do take it their everytime.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Try to look at the big picture instead of individual temps. After ovulation, your temp should stay elevated above your cover line. This guessed your ovulation as the 10th but I would actually say it occurred on the 6 or 7 before the big rise.
