I've struggled with my weight since I was 5 I was told to go on a diet.   and I hate my body but people say I'm proportional and wondering what you girls thought?

Well, my opinion is less about looks and more about your BMI. Considering your weight, age and high, you’ve a BMI of 36,6 putting you into the obesity class II, which can lead to a lot of health issues if you don’t work on losing that excess weight. 
It must’ve been hard to struggle with your weight, especially since it already started in your childhood, but with the right diet/workout combination you can reach a healthy weight. 
It’ll be a hard way but so, so worth it in the end 😉

But if you’re worried about diet and weight, I would say start with some cardio and weights just to stay active and healthy! 
You look so good tho! I’m the same height as you, and at my highest weight I was 180 lbs and honey I tell you I did NOT carry that weight well at all 🙈 if I had your body at my old weight, I would’ve been soooo happy!
