Piercing excitement! And advice **update***

So y’all. I’m finally doing it. I got my 2g ears getting my septum and tongue pierced tomorrow.

So I’m asking for advice cause I smoke. Should I invest in bioten (can’t spell) to gargle with after smoking or try to avoid smoking. (Not to be rude but only people that have had a smoking habit when they got their tongue piercing

I’ve been smoking. One week later after getting it pierced and tongue is just fine. I’m eating normally and everything is healing perfectly. I have a developed tunnel already. Thank god for my genes and somewhat faster healing.
