Getting off birth control pill

I want to get off my birth control pill because it makes me emotional and lowers my sex drive. Is there anything I should know before doing it? Should i just stop taking it all together? I’ve only been on it for two months. Will I get my period right away? Will it be heavy? And this may be a dumb question but will it make my skin break out? Help :/ sorry I have so many questions
