How to make the sex enjoyable?

My boyfriend has never made me finish before and I don’t really enjoy the sex either... I know I shouldn’t compare but my ex(my one other sexual partner) was really good at oral and the actual sex and made me finish about every time despite both of us being each other’s first.

My new boyfriend has been much more sexually actively than me previously so I expected him to be the same but it hurts sometimes for me (like with doggy). I think it might be because his penis curves upwards a bit so some positions we can’t do without hurting him and not to mention our height difference (5’2 and 6’3) which gives us less possible positions to try.

I have even tried to tell him what things I like but nothing. I’ve even had to fake some orgasms to get it over with but I really want to make it pleasurable. What’s something I can do to make things better or say without ruining his ego?
