success stories after lap removal of endo?

Hi ladies! I just had lap removal of endometriosis. I don't think there was a lot but my right ovary was attached to my abdominal wall. and the doctor doesn't think an egg will have an easy time going down the tube on that side. He also said I have a window in my cul-de-sac whatever that means. I'm wondering if anyone got pregnant after your lap and how long it took? I have been TTC for almlst 2.5 years and have had one failed IUI. will do another IUI mid February hopefully! ☺thanks!
