Fundal Height for 31 Weeks

I had my 30-31week appointment yesterday and my fundal height was 27.....…

Is that good or bad? Or normal?

I get an ultrasound at every appointment regardless so he always measures her and checks fluid levels.

He didn’t say anything about it either. Just wondering if anyone else has been through this? I read online that if you’re measuring behind it could mean your baby isn’t growing, or stopped growing. He didn’t seemed worried but its been bugging me all day
