Inducing my own pregnancy?

I just wanted some advice what are some good ways to induce labor ? I’m experiencing so much pain and ALOT of discomfort , I have three other children being a single mother and trying to keep up with a 6,4,3 yr olds. It literally is painful to stand up and walk or even roll over on bed, I’ll be 37weeks this Saturday . 
Any ideas? Something that maybe worked for you, or a friend... please anybody. ?

Walks, sex, bounce on ball, evening primrose oil oral and vaginal, red leaf tea and date fruits! Please don't try castor oil, as it is controversial- if you do please consult your doctor beforehand-Diarrhea and dehydration can be problematic in pregnancy and labor. Good luck!

you would be inducing a premature baby with possibly underdeveloped lungs. induction before 39 weeks should never happen without medical reason. you would possibly have a baby who would need help breathing and NICU time.

I started red raspberry tea at 32 weeks and walked over 2 miles a day. Sex helps as well as squats in the shower. Something about the heat. My friend suggested it. I had my son a week early

Nothing seemed to work for me. I even went in to be induced and it didn’t work. The only thing that seemed to help was I hiked deception pass the day I went into labor
