Possible pregnancy? Negative tests.

This is going to be long so please bear with me. I had started the pill around the 27th October and then had unprotected sex on the 9th November. The sheet inside the box of pills says to take for a week before having unprotected sex and I was on it for 13 days. I had my first period come on time about a week before sex and haven't had a period since (I know this is typical on the pill, I was on the same type before my daughter and had no period either.) I had taken 2 tests, 1 3 and a half weeks after sex BFN and another 5weeks after sex BFN. I was feeling nauseous, moody, heartburn ect but this could have been down to starting the pill as it can be a side effect. I figured I was worrying for nothing and left it at that but now I have so much discharge it is making me wonder could I be and was maybe testing too early? The nausea ect has passed ( ill sometimes get little waves of nausea here and there) and I've no other symptoms. I can't get to a store tonight for a test yet so just wanted opinions? We have used condoms every time since (one broke a few weeks ago but I figure it would be ok?)
