Has anyone had a rash like this?!

I've had this on my leg for a while now, it's very itchy. I've been putting hydrocortisone cream on and it seems to get a little better, but I end up scratching it while I'm sleeping so it will not go away. Any other things I can put on it to make it disappear?!

When I was younger I had a cream because I was allergic to my belt and had a similar rash on my stomach. That cream cleared everything up in about 2 days but I can't remember what it was!
