Is there a reason why it’s now bright red? Does it mean something?

Im not sure but from my experience it can be dark red to bright red. Youre lucky if you dont bleed long. I miscarried twins at 11 weeks exact and bled out for a whole month and i had to have big hospital pads when i slept because every 20-30 mins i soaked a pad. My doctor didnt tell me much info other than “well we cant stop a miscarriage, but come back if the bleeding gets heavier “. I do know that if you have any alarming symptoms like dizziness or very bad pains go to the er or your doctor because it could mean possible infection or haemorrhage. Hopefully this info helped at least a little bit.
