Strange bloody bits coming out of me

My period came on Christmas and ended on NYE. was very light and short considering I normally have my period for 10-12 days. Last night before bed I had cramping and thought I had to go to tge bathroom, but nothing. Finally said forget it and went to bed. Today while wiping I keot noticing blood and weird bits of things thaooked like flesh/human tissue. I have an IUD but I'm wondering if I could possibly be pregnant or if I may have been but had an early miscarriage. I still have slight cramping and felt frverish earlier today (was hot and sweaty but also had chills)
