Soooo as awkward as this is I need help. These little red bumps on my butt are bothering me. Not painful just ugly to look at. Ladies... Do you have these? do you know ANY way to get rid of them. They make me so self conscious & I hate having them :(

Looks like flicalitus,  I'm not sure how to describe it, but its common (both me and my son have it), there is ointment for it just go see dr. But they are nothing to worry about if thats what it is. Btw you can get anywhere on your body because it has to do with your hair follicles
