I need motivation badly

So I've been wanting to get into shape. There's parts of my body I'm not happy with such as my tummy and inner thighs.

I love my sweets and that's the problem. I'm also trying to get healthy for when my husband and I try for a baby in the spring.

Is there any tips to stay motivated and get me a** into shape?? Its something I not only want to do for myself but also my husband. As I write this I'm laying on the couch at 10:30 watching tv.. 🤦‍♀️m
