Yeast infection?

I'm a FTM 26w3d so I'm not sure how to treat myself with this. I took antibiotics last week due to strep.. and then this week I had a lot more discharge then normally (typically have a lot with pregnancy anyway) and I know you can't see it very well. But it's like clumps when i wipe, and I'm irritated now there like around my "lips".. could this just be a yeast infection? I've never had one so I don't know what to expect. I've had 2 Pap smears March 17' and August 17' (both normal) and I also just got checked for infections and stuff at 23 weeks when they thought I was leaking fluid and it all came back good. I've only slept with my SO for the last year so I seriously doubt it's an STI or anything. But what can I use to help with the irritation down there? And what type of things can I use to treat whatever this is? I don't see my OB again till the 18th
