Abdominal pains

Is it normal to have some pretty uncomfortable abdominal pains? I’m almost 13 weeks and my insides hurt ( especially my kidneys ache, and I have some cramping) my rib cage is hurting, and then my skin feels kind of like its stinging? My bellybutton is also feeling that same way. I want to just blame it on the stretching and expanding going on because of baby but I don’t want to ignore serious symptoms. It’s not exactly serious pain but major discomfort
