Circumvallente placenta?

I had my 20 week ultrasound earlier this week but got a phone call from my midwife today saying the placenta was circumvallente. She said it can cause growth restriction and I would need monitoring at 32 weeks for growth. She is sending me to a specialist though for them to check it out. Anyone else have this or had it with another pregnancy? Google did not help me feel better...

I have the same thing and so far so good the baby is measuring 1 week ahead. I visited a specialist as well but he isn't worried at all and sent me back to my regular OB. so until 32 weeks there isn't anything that needs to be done as far as special monitoring

I haven’t experienced this but let me tell you (I’m sure you already know but it’s hard not to do it) DONT GOOGLE! Google always leads you to think the worst case scenario 
Stay strong. The doctors got this. They will do monitoring and if they see something that isn’t good by that point you would be ok to deliver early. Praying for you and your little
