confused😐😒😥

So for a week I have been having cramps Im eating more than I usually do my breast hurt pain in my lower back and I would sometimes get nauseous.. AF doesn't get here until sunday I took a test today and it was negative. Could I be pregnant? My husband and I have been trying for 1 year I also had a miscarriage when I was 4 weeks. Im just tired/sad of taking test and all come back negative 😥
