Try your local supermarket and try to get something with 100% your daily needs of folic acid, vitamin D and 20 or so others. Just make sure there's no vitamin A. I got 90 tablets for £5, I don't think it's work paying for the more expensive ones.

I used the target brand up and up ones. Came in a bottle of 200. My baby came out happy healthy and with lots of hair. The nurses joked that I must’ve had good prenatals for all the hair she had. Lol.
