Help!! Severe period like cramps
I am 39 weeks and 4 days. Since last one hour I am having severe period like cramps. My lower back pains a lot. The cramps settle for sometime but than my lower back starts to pain again. I am also having some pelvic pressure. My stomach has also been real tight since last one hour. What does this signify?
