Breastfeeding my 4 weeks old, when do i pump?

Question

If i want to start saving some milk for when i am away from baby, when is the best time to pump? Right after she feeds? In between feedings? (She eats about every 4 hrs) 
 if a i pump, and she wants to feed 30 min later will i have milk for her? (Pic because she is too cute and turned 1 mo yesterday!)

Usually I pump 45 minutes after a feeding. 
And don’t worry about being “empty” if Baby wants to feed after you pumped. Your body is always making milk. There’s been times that my daughter wanted to clusterfeed literally right after i pumped. It was find and we had no issues 😊

I feed on one side and pump the other for the first 3 feedings a day (if I am home for example I have been on the run all morning today and haven't pumped at all) I have a crap ton of milk saved and baby is gaining more than expected so it seems to be working for us.   I did pump in the middle of the night last night as I handed baby off to Daddy for 4 hours so I could get some actual sleep.   In that 4 hours she used 4 oz of my fridge stash and I pumped almost 5 when I got up so we are pretty in tune right now.    My best advice is start early.  I waited until 4 weeks with my last Daughter and I was fighting a losing battle and ended up supplementing and slowly I just gave up the fight.   This time around I started early and I am waaaaay ahead of the game.  I personally freeze in large amounts because it works for me and last count had 13 six ounce bags between home and my mother in law's house.  Plus I always have a bit of extra in the fridge. From my experience I get the most milk pumping in the morning after her first feeding!  And then again at night before I go to bed !

Most will say right after feeding, however i did that for a little and I wasn’t getting enough. Once my son was eating every 2-3 hours , I would pump in between his feedings. Then I was only pumping twice a day (during his morning nap, and then when he went to bed) and I’d save 4-5oz a day, and froze that.

60-90 mins after a feeding is what I was told. I was also told that the morning is the best time as you tend to have more milk when you first wake. I’ve been lazy lately and haven’t pumped for a month or so

you can pump exclusively every 3hr an give her the milk in a bottle and freeze the rest ur'e not using

I have fed on one side. I. The morning I would fed him which he would eat on one side and be happy than I pump the other side.  I didn’t do much pumping so not much help other than that.
