Swollen feet
I traveled 3 hours yesterday on a bus to help my sister bring her car back to where I live because she moved back home and that was a 3 hour drive back. With the errands we ran I was gone for about 8 hours. Today my feet are so swollen and I think it’s from the bus ride and drive back. Is there anything I can do to make the swelling go down? I’ve been drinking lots of water.
