Just had my D&C surgery today

Found out I was expecting baby number 2 December 10th 2017. I was so thrilled and exited. I just had my first real period after my IUD removal in September 2017. started to experience light spotting January 8th. tried not to think about a miscarriage but the bleeding slowly picked up before I went in for and appointment January 11th. they did and ultrasound and found out I was 6 weeks 4 days but no baby, nor heartbeat. I'm feeling a lot of emotions, but keeping my head up and hoping for the best on the future.
