HELP ftm freaking out

almost 35 weeks and suddenly got hit with extremely painful cramps. like shit cramps but 200x worse. currently sitting in the bath they're bearable but still there. I've tried going to the bathroom and thats definitely not it. i don't think I've experienced braxton hicks before but if i have they didn't hurt like this. i havent lost any fluid but have been losing peices of my mucus plug over the past week. i can't time these cramps because theyre pretty much constant with periods where it hurts more just hard to time.

what is this??
