Need help taking care of earlobe piercings!

I got my second earlobe piercings done in August and I would clean them twice daily with the solution given by the piercer. Once I used up all the solution, which took about 8 weeks, I stopped cleaning them. However, I did notice the forming of crust as well as a bump (hypertrophic scar maybe?) on both of my second earlobe piercings. I now use this saline wash twice a day which just consists of water and sodium chloride, made specifically for cleaning wounds. Any help and advice on how to take care of my piercings would be greatly appreciated!!
