Mild pcos

I got the results of my recent bloodwork and ultrasound. Everything looked great except my lh to fsh level was slightly elevated. Which my doc said would suggest mild pcos. He already started me on metformin last month, said that it should level it out. No need for any other meds at this point. I have no other symptoms besides that. Anyone else have this? We are still ttc since my mc in August and took about a year to conceive that baby. Just wondering if anyone else is having a hard time even with a mild case. My doc doesn’t seemed too concerned about it.
