When are you taking maternity leave?

I️m 28 weeks and extremely uncomfortable most days. I had planned on working up until a few days before i give birth but I’ve recently been diagnosed with a blood clot in one of my legs from constantly being on my feet (Work in retail with long hours) and I️t causes me extreme pain after being on my feet more than 5-6 hours a day. I also have developed IBS related to pregnancy so i experience diarrhea throughout the week multiple times a day, which is awful and embarrassing. My work schedule can be extremely demanding being in management and I️m seriously considering taking a few weeks off before my due date or induce date(I️f that happens). I get 12 weeks paid. What is everyone else doing?
