I’m pregnant and I’m scared of what the dr. Sent me. HELP!😭☹️

Can someone tell me if this is dangerous the second part on yellow ? I had been pregnant before it was my first pregnancy and everything came out good I just had a miscarriage at 5 months and now I’m pregnant again after almost 2 years of my miscarriage and they told me I had this ? On my first pregnancy they didn’t tell me I had this everything was ok with my first baby and now with this baby they sent me this I’m sacred help me please ☹️ what should I take or do or what can I do for everything to be ok ? They don’t open the clinic I go to intill Monday so I will have to go on Monday to get another request to go to the lab . Thanks in advance . By the way I’m 2 months pregnant .
