Please help! Chemical?? 10dpo period?!

I had sharp sore pains at 7dpo near left ovary then light cramps for the days following. Which I never get.

Then at 10dpo I have got very heavy period and sore period cramps.. but is there any chance it could be chemical miscarriage?

It’s very early for AF and I’m pretty positive I got my ov date correct and my cycles have been exact every cycle since my first miscarriage in sept.

Please.. what do you think??
