Meluna!!! they have TONS of size options which is great for first timers, even if you don't buy from them I would highly recommend going to the website and taking their quiz. It will tell you what size cup will work best for your body, and you can then use that to shop at other brands too!

I use Instead Softcups, they are a menstrual disk. There is also another brand called Flex. I found these to be much more comfortable than the cup and you don't have to worry about what size to get because it molds to your body naturally!
