Need advise ? Nervous about Working Out

My SO and me found out earlier this week we are expecting our first child. We go to the doctor tomorrow but I️ don’t see my GYN till feb 4th. We both workout out (lifting and cardio) almost daily but now I’m having a lot of anxiety about doing anything. I’m worried about my heart rate and the fact that I’m overweight. I️ eat good and track everything but still a work in progress. Please help. I️ want to work out but I’m so nervous and I️ don’t want to hurt the baby. :(
