Bad idea?

My friend just texted me and I kinda volunteered to go get her... she’s 15 hours away, so it would be 15 hours there and 15 hours back.. I’m 37 weeks + 5 days. how bad of a idea is this?

I feel like a real friend would not even consider allowing you to do that when you’re that far along... I’d buy them a bus ticket. Probably less than you’d spend in gas anyway.

I’d call and ask your OB. Keep in mind you need to get up and walk for 10 minutes every 2-3 hours or you risk developing a blood clot. And if you’re not drinking enough to pee at least every 2 hours, you’re dehydrated.

Does she drive?  Have her get a one-way rental car. Should be less than $30 a day. 
Or fly, or a bus ticket. 
I wouldn't risk it and I absolutely love road trips.

Lol I am NOT that good of a friend. even if I wasn't pregnant I'd say I ain't driving no 30hrs, I'll buy them a bus ticket cause it would probably be cheaper anyways.

Does she know you're pregnant? Even if I had my friend volunteer to pick me up I would not allow her to because she's so far along. I would be considerate of my friend. That's just me though.
